HR management at scale is genuinely hard — and most organisations are solving it with tools that were never built for the job. Attendance, leave, payroll, and onboarding were all being handled manually, employee data was scattered across disconnected systems, and employees had no self-service way to answer their own questions.
Payroll alone was consuming weeks of HR time every month between manual calculations, statutory deduction tracking, and compliance obligations. Growing organisations managing multiple offices and reporting structures had no single system to handle it cleanly, and leadership had zero real-time visibility into workforce trends. The brief to IPH Technologies was to build a platform that solves all of it — properly, at enterprise scale, for organisations of every size.
